By ordering, the customer indicates that he agrees to the general terms and conditions.

  1. Returns Policy

Greeting cards and ready made products (not custom made) are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt.

Note: Items that are customized or special ordered are not eligible for return.

To initiate the return process, contact us at order@gummypinkgraphics.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason(s) for return request.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet the following terms - items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was received by you.

GummyPinkGraphics does not offer free shipping on returns. We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping so you can track return delivery, when returning item(s) with your own label. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund will be applied on original form of payment within 14 days of receipt of item(s) to our studio.

We do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to receive an exchange of product, please initiate a return and place a new online order.

  1. Purchase and payment

All product prices are exempt from VAT (subject to the tax exemption scheme) and exclude shipping costs. Prices are stated in the chosen currency. Shipping costs will be settled at checkout .

Prices can be adjusted at any time.

Any typos or calculations on the site can be corrected.

Orders will only be shipped after receipt of payment. Payment can be made via the following payment methods: bancontact, iDEAL, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, visa, mastercard and maestro.

You can cancel an order up to 24 hours after placing the order.

GummyPinkGraphics reserves the right to refuse an order or subject it to additional conditions, such as large orders, orders by minors, incomplete ordering procedures or problems with previous orders.

GummyPinkGraphics owns all products until full payment is made.

Since GummyPinkGraphics is subject to the tax exemption scheme, no VAT is charged on the products that GummyPinkGraphics offers for sale.

The contents of this site, including brands, logos, drawings, data, product or company names, texts, images, etc. are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to GummyPinkGraphics or rightful third parties.
