Returns & Cancellations

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving the last item in your order to request a return. Additionally, you have the right to cancel your order at any time until it has been fulfilled.

You may do this for any reason and without further required justification. Your feedback would however be greatly appreciated.

How do I cancel or return?

To cancel or return an order, please use the Returns and Cancellations functionality available from the footer menu.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Returns Shipping

GummyPinkGraphics does not offer free shipping on returns. You are fully responsible for returning your order back to us in its original condition. These shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method so you can track your return delivery.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Know Your Rights: EU's Right of Withdrawal

As a European Union customer, you have the right to withdraw from your order. You may do so without giving a reason or providing further justification. You may cancel or return orders within 14 days of the last item in your order being delivered. As above, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, and unused. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
