Shipping & Returns Policy

You will receive an email confirmation with order number once your order has been successfully placed. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are in transit to you.

Once your order is prepared for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). Please use this tracking number to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

GummyPinkGraphics will not be responsible for stolen or unretrieved orders if a package shows delivered. We ask that you please closely monitor delivery of your shipment.

Greeting cards - up to 3 cards - will be sent as a letter

How long will shipping take?

The below time frames include processing and shipping time.

Greeting cards (up to 3): 4 to 9 business days

Ready made products: 4 to 13 business days

Custom made and made to order products: 13-25 business days

A number of factors can influence the delivery time, due to:

• Local holidays

• Dealing with customs in the country of destination

• Strikes or other special events in the country of destination

GummyPinkGraphics cannot be held responsible for delays by the postal courier (e.g. Bpost, PostNL...)

How will I know when my order is shipped?

We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking info (if applicable) as soon as your items ship. 

Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?

Yes, you have 24 hours to cancel or change your order. Please email us at order@gummypinkgraphics.com if you wish to make a change to your order.

What is your return policy?

Greeting cards and ready made sleeves are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt.

Items that are customized or special ordered are not eligible for return.

To initiate the return process, contact us at order@gummypinkgraphics.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason(s) for return request.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet the following terms - items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was received by you.

GummyPinkGraphics does not offer free shipping on returns. We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping so you can track return delivery, when returning item(s) with your own label.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund will be applied on original form of payment within 14 days of receipt of item(s) to our studio.

We do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to receive an exchange of product, please initiate a return and place a new online order.

Giving packaging a second life

We're packaging and shipping all your orders with the planet in mind. The packing material used is often material that is given a second life. This also helps us keep waste to a minimum.

Where is my shipment coming from?

All products are shipped directly from our little studio located in Belgium.
